visited Shanghai in 2007 with the purpose of gathering information
about the vast urban migration taking place in China and
to choose a site for a sustainable new city on Chongming
Island.
ICSNC published Sustainable
New City - The Gaza Strip in the Spring of 2007.
The 300 page book included the analysis of some recent
new cities, site analysis, cultural history and technical
research on the Gaza Strip area, and conceptual and schematic
designs for a sustainable new city in the Gaza Strip.
